Addiction

I`m not sure why exactly I`m doing this; however, I have a confession to make: I have been an addict, Shocking I know, but it is the truth.

A minority of you dear readers and friends know about this already and I just feel the need to come clean with this with you guys. It IS high time.

I have a drinking problem!

Not many excuses I can give myself, life is hard on all of us, so demanding but still there are always better ways out.

I have been trying hard, sometimes I failed to control it but with the help and support I managed to โ€ฆ get better.

I sincerely hope the disappointment while you knowing about this do not stop you from giving me another chance. I feel like a big fat liar and can`t keep it inside no more ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

This has been my addiction/passion for the past 3 years ๐Ÿ˜€

I don`t drink a thing but it!

I just can`t get enough of it, I consume AT LEAST one liter of this baby EVERY day.

You ought to try it! It is deliciously delicious ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. But all that fruit sugar will kill your teeth before you are 40 – better ease up on it a bit if you wanna be good to yourself ๐Ÿ˜€ But then again – I assume it is better than Bebsi, which most of your fellow countrymen back in JOrdan consume in VERY large amounts ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. That is a very dangerous addiction to have! I’m glad you are coming clean about it…The first step is admitting that you have a problem and now it’s time for action.

    I am still surprised you drink a liter a day!

  5. It is always good to confess an addiction, especially publically–think AA, “Hi, my name is Haitham, and I am an addict”; “Hi Haitham!”. It is the first step towards recovery.

    What better time to confess than Ramadan. Hmmm, or is that Catholics and Lent? Yes, rather Lenten.

    I don’t read anything in your post about a true intention to give up your addiction. Probably best to keep on the stuff. It is keeping you young (antioxidants) and sharp (acetycholine). ๐Ÿ˜€
